PHOENIX MS Bistrita and DIAGRAM8 announce a new strategic capacity for heavy–caliber ammunition filling
Bistrița, Romania – 27th August 2025
PHOENIX MS Bistrița, a company authorized by the Ministry of Economy for the handling, storage, and production of explosive materials, together with DIAGRAM8, an international industrial integrator in the defence sector, announce that starting from November 2025, they will commission a new production capacity dedicated to the filling of heavy–caliber artillery ammunition.
Capabilities of the new partnership:
- Filling and final assembly of bombs and artillery shells of 120mm, 122mm, 152mm, and 155mm caliber, in full compliance with NATO and Eastern European standards;
- Doubling of current production capacity compared to the existing level;
- Diversification of the product portfolio, including both conventional ammunition and modern solutions for international markets;
- Strengthening of strategic-level industrial infrastructure dedicated to the defence of Romania and its partners.
